Each client's goods are packed into their own sealed container, a self-contained unit that stays closed until you request access or release. No shared floor space, no contact with other consignments. You pay only for the number of containers your goods occupy, not for empty square metres around them. This keeps costs predictable and eliminates handling between intake and dispatch.
Every facility runs 24/7 CCTV coverage across all entry points, aisles and loading bays, backed by on-site security guards through the night and controlled-access protocols during operating hours. There is no unmonitored window. Access to stored goods is logged, and only authorised personnel and clients may enter the warehouse floor.
Before anything enters a container, our warehouse team itemises every piece. Furniture is described by type, condition and quantity. Boxes are numbered and listed by contents. Protective blankets are applied to upholstered and finished surfaces before the container is sealed. You receive a copy of this inventory, it serves as both a packing record and an insurance reference if ever needed.
For commercial clients with bulk or recurring inventory, we offer palletised racking loaded by forklift. Product is stacked on standard pallets, labelled by SKU or consignment number, and positioned for rapid dispatch. This is designed for manufacturers and distributors who need goods warehoused between production runs and delivery windows, not long-term archival, but active, accessible holding.
