You load it yourself, lock it with your own padlock, and we handle all the transport. No bakkie hire, no repeated trips, no wasted space.
All furniture items and documents can be stored. The following are excluded: flammables (gas bottles, paint, aerosols, cleaning liquids), jewellery, money, title deeds or precious stones, plants, perishable foods and animals.
You're welcome to supply your own padlock or purchase one from us. Either way, you hold the only key, our staff never have access to your lock under any circumstances.
Absolutely. You can visit our facility and access your MSU during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm) at no additional charge. We just ask for 24 hours' advance notice so we can have your unit ready when you arrive.
All premises are surrounded by electric fencing with 24-hour on-site security personnel and full surveillance camera coverage. Nobody enters the property without being cleared through controlled gate access. All units are stored indoors and regularly treated for pests.
Insurance is optional but recommended. Cover is restricted to loss or damage resulting directly from fire, collision or overturning of the transporting vehicle, theft following any of these events, and hijacking, limited to your declared value. We have a standard MSU size measuring 2.3m (height) × 1.55m (width) × 2.15m (depth), with a capacity of 6.95 cubic metres, roughly equivalent to a quarter of a single garage. Need more room? Simply add additional units and pay only for what you fill.
We require at least one week's notice to schedule a redelivery to your chosen address. Requests can be made via our website, by telephone or over email, whichever works best for you.
